The challenge

Thriveni Earthmovers, a prominent mining company, faced challenges in organising and monitoring their statutory tasks across various departments. The existing system was cumbersome, difficult to manage, and required extensive training, leading to inefficiencies and the risk of non-compliance with regulatory requirements. The complexity and lack of user-friendliness of the previous system diverted the statutory department's focus away from their core responsibilities, increasing the potential for missed deadlines and errors in task management.

What we built

Kirshi delivered Statask, a user-friendly web-based portal specifically designed for Thriveni Earthmovers to streamline the organisation and monitoring of their statutory tasks. With an intuitive interface, Statask allows users to easily schedule, assign, and create tasks for multiple departments without the need for extensive training or lengthy user manuals. The portal's simplicity and ease of use enable statutory department personnel to quickly adapt and focus more on their essential duties rather than navigating a complex system. This solution significantly improved task management efficiency and ensured that all statutory obligations were up to date and compliant with regulatory standards.

Outcome

The system went live on schedule and is in active use today. As with every Kirshi Technologies engagement, delivery was sprint-based with measurable milestones at each stage, and Thriveni Earthmovers retained full intellectual property ownership of all custom code from day one.
