Kynd and Active, a fashion startup based in Mumbai specialising in activewear, faced challenges with their existing e-commerce platform, which was not optimised for user experience or sales efficiency. Their online store lacked the modern, user-friendly interface needed to attract and retain customers, and the backend systems were not robust enough to handle inventory management and order processing seamlessly. This inefficiency resulted in missed sales opportunities, poor customer engagement, and operational bottlenecks, hindering the startup's growth in a competitive market.

What we built

Kirshi developed a custom Shopify e-commerce platform for Kynd and Active, designed to enhance both the front-end user experience and the back-end operational efficiency.
