The challenge

FGCineplex faced significant challenges with their existing movie ticket booking platform, which lacked a modern, engaging UI/UX design. The platform's outdated interface and cumbersome booking process led to a suboptimal user experience, frustrating customers and potentially deterring them from completing their purchases. Additionally, the system was not fully optimised for various devices, affecting accessibility and usability, which ultimately impacted ticket sales and customer satisfaction.

What we built

Kirshi developed a custom-built movie ticket booking platform for FGCineplex, featuring a rich, intuitive UI/UX design tailored to enhance the user experience. The new platform streamlined the booking process with visually appealing, easy-to-navigate interfaces and ensured seamless performance across all devices. By integrating dynamic visuals, user-friendly features, and efficient navigation, the updated system improved accessibility and user engagement, driving higher ticket sales and elevating overall customer satisfaction.

Outcome

The system went live on schedule and is in active use today. As with every Kirshi Technologies engagement, delivery was sprint-based with measurable milestones at each stage, and Filmgarde Cineplexes retained full intellectual property ownership of all custom code from day one.
