IoT & IndustrialEngineering Services
Industrial IoT platforms, RFID tracking, radar sensing, Bluetooth device integration and edge AI — deployed in mines, factories, rail yards and retail floors where downtime is measured in lives or lakhs.
What IoT services does Kirshi Technologies provide?
Kirshi Technologies builds industrial and commercial IoT systems spanning RFID tracking, radar-based sensing, Bluetooth and BLE device integration, edge AI deployment, PLC and SCADA integration and real-time monitoring dashboards.
Delivered systems include a radar-based people detection sensor for Ramco Cements mining dumpers, 0.5mm RFID tags embedded in Titan jewellery for item-level authentication, PLC SCADA integration across 25000 KVA AC and 1500 KVA DC lines at Alstom Transports, and a centralised agricultural sensor platform for Datum Singapore.
What is included.
RFID Tracking Systems
Item-level tracking from 0.5mm embedded tags to warehouse-scale UHF portals — inventory visibility, anti-counterfeit authentication and automated stocktaking.
Radar & Proximity Sensing
Safety-critical people and object detection for heavy machinery, built to survive dust, vibration and temperature extremes.
Edge AI Deployment
Inference at the device rather than the cloud — for latency-sensitive detection where a round trip to a data centre is too slow.
Bluetooth & BLE Integration
Mobile apps that talk directly to proprietary hardware — weighing systems, fitness bands, robotics controllers and medical wearables.
PLC & SCADA Integration
Bridging industrial control systems to modern dashboards, alerting and audio announcement systems without disturbing existing plant operations.
Real-Time Monitoring
Live dashboards, threshold alerting and historical analytics over sensor fleets — built to stay responsive at industrial data volumes.
What we build with.
How we deliver.
Site & constraint survey
We assess the physical environment first — dust, vibration, connectivity, power and existing control systems all shape what is actually deployable.
Hardware selection & prototype
Sensor and gateway selection validated against your conditions, then a working prototype tested on site rather than on a bench.
Integration & pilot
Integration with existing PLC, ERP or WMS systems, followed by a limited pilot on a single line, yard or store.
Fleet rollout & support
Staged rollout across the estate with monitoring, spares strategy and an on-call support arrangement.

Both. We select and source sensors, gateways and readers appropriate to your environment, and build the firmware, integration layer and dashboards on top. For clients with existing hardware, we integrate with what you already have.
Yes. Our Alstom Transports engagement integrated PLC SCADA systems with high voltage power lines and a display monitoring system without replacing the underlying control infrastructure.
Edge-first architecture. Processing and buffering happen at the device or gateway, with store-and-forward sync when connectivity returns. Critical alerting does not depend on an internet round trip.
It depends on read volume, line of sight and item value. RFID reads in bulk without line of sight and suits high-value or high-volume inventory. Barcode is cheaper per unit and fine for lower-throughput scanning. We will tell you honestly which fits.
