Application Support & Maintenance
Post-launch operations for products we built and products we did not — proactive monitoring, patching, incident response and guaranteed response windows that scale with your traffic.
What does Kirshi's support and maintenance service cover?
Kirshi Technologies provides post-launch application support covering proactive monitoring, security patching and dependency updates, incident response with guaranteed response windows, performance optimisation and ongoing feature maintenance.
Support is available for applications Kirshi built and for inherited systems built elsewhere, subject to a code and infrastructure audit first. Monitoring is delivered through Kllyroo, our own root-cause infrastructure monitoring platform, which identifies the specific cause of an incident rather than simply reporting that something is wrong.
What is included.
Proactive Monitoring
Infrastructure and application monitoring through Kllyroo, with root-cause identification rather than generic anomaly alerts.
Security Patching
Dependency updates, CVE tracking and coordinated patching windows, so known vulnerabilities do not sit unaddressed for months.
Incident Response
On-call engineering with agreed response and resolution windows, escalation paths and post-incident review.
Performance Optimisation
Query tuning, caching strategy, infrastructure right-sizing and cost optimisation as your traffic profile changes.
Feature Maintenance
Small enhancements, bug fixes and platform compatibility updates without needing to open a new project each time.
Legacy System Takeover
Audit and adoption of applications built by someone else, with a documented handover and remediation plan.
What we build with.
How we deliver.
Audit & handover
Code, infrastructure and dependency audit, producing a documented picture of what you actually have and where the risks sit.
Monitoring setup
Kllyroo agents deployed, alerting thresholds tuned to your baseline, escalation contacts and runbooks agreed.
Stabilisation
Known issues and accumulated technical debt addressed in a first phase, so ongoing support is not firefighting from day one.
Ongoing operations
Scheduled patching, proactive monitoring, incident response and a regular service review.

Yes, subject to a code and infrastructure audit first. We need to understand what we are taking on before committing to response windows. The audit itself is a fixed-scope engagement.
Response windows are agreed per contract based on criticality, ranging from business-hours response to 24/7 on-call for systems where downtime has direct safety or revenue consequences.
Yes. Support engagements are monitored through Kllyroo, our root-cause infrastructure monitoring platform. It identifies the specific cause of an incident rather than reporting a generic anomaly, which materially shortens time to resolution.
Yes. Support levels can be temporarily increased around launches, migrations or seasonal traffic peaks, then returned to the baseline afterwards.
