The challenge

Superstar Cinema faced issues with their existing movie ticket booking platform, which suffered from an outdated, unappealing UI/UX design and a convoluted booking process. These shortcomings led to a frustrating user experience, causing potential customers to abandon their ticket purchases. Additionally, the platform's lack of optimisation for various devices further hindered accessibility and usability, negatively impacting customer satisfaction and ticket sales.

What we built

Kirshi developed a custom-built movie ticket booking platform for Superstar Cinema, incorporating a rich, intuitive UI/UX design to significantly enhance the user experience. The new platform featured a streamlined booking process, with visually engaging, easy-to-navigate interfaces optimised for all devices. By integrating dynamic visuals and user-friendly functionalities, the updated system improved accessibility, increased user engagement, and boosted ticket sales, ultimately elevating overall customer satisfaction.

Outcome

The system went live on schedule and is in active use today. As with every Kirshi Technologies engagement, delivery was sprint-based with measurable milestones at each stage, and Superstar Cinema retained full intellectual property ownership of all custom code from day one.
