The challenge

Lucas TVS faced significant challenges in managing their internal lab operations, specifically in tracking the lifecycle of parts from receipt to delivery post-testing. The existing manual and fragmented processes led to inefficiencies, errors, and delays in part tracking and testing workflows. This lack of streamlined operations hindered their ability to maintain accurate records, ensure timely deliveries, and uphold quality standards, ultimately affecting productivity and accountability within the lab.

What we built

Kirshi developed a comprehensive lab management system for Lucas TVS, designed to streamline and automate the entire process of tracking parts from receipt to delivery post-testing. The platform provided an integrated solution for managing various lab operations, including part receiving, testing, and delivery, with real-time updates and detailed tracking capabilities. This system improved accuracy, reduced delays, and enhanced overall efficiency by centralising data and workflows. As a result, Lucas TVS experienced improved record-keeping, faster turnaround times, and better quality control, significantly boosting the productivity and accountability of their internal lab operations.

Outcome

The system went live on schedule and is in active use today. As with every Kirshi Technologies engagement, delivery was sprint-based with measurable milestones at each stage, and Lucas TVS retained full intellectual property ownership of all custom code from day one.
