The challenge

The Love Hope Company, a platform for booking therapy sessions, faced significant issues with their existing system, which featured a poor UI/UX design and a slow, bug-ridden interface. These problems led to a frustrating user experience, resulting in difficulties for clients trying to book sessions and for therapists managing their schedules. The inefficiencies and technical issues hampered the overall effectiveness of the platform, leading to decreased user satisfaction and potential loss of clients.

What we built

Kirshi developed a comprehensive therapist booking portal for The Love Hope Company, featuring a new human-centric UI/UX design that significantly improved the user experience. The new system streamlined the end-to-end booking process and provided therapists with an efficient web access platform to manage their schedules. Additionally, a chatbot was integrated to assist users in real time, enhancing engagement and support. The updated platform addressed previous performance issues, offering a fast, reliable, and bug-free experience, ultimately boosting user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Outcome

The system went live on schedule and is in active use today. As with every Kirshi Technologies engagement, delivery was sprint-based with measurable milestones at each stage, and The Love Hope Company retained full intellectual property ownership of all custom code from day one.
