Titan Industries faced a significant challenge in ensuring the authenticity and security of their jewellery inventory. The existing methods for tracking and verifying jewellery items were not sufficiently advanced to prevent counterfeiting, leading to potential fraud and inventory discrepancies. This lack of a reliable and efficient authentication system posed risks to the brand's reputation and customer trust, necessitating an innovative solution to safeguard their valuable jewellery collections.

What we built

Kirshi delivered a cutting-edge RFID tracking solution for Titan Industries, featuring miniature RFID tags measuring just 0.5mm x 0.5mm. These tiny RFID tags were embedded in jewellery pieces, providing an advanced method for real-time tracking and authentication. The solution enabled immediate identification of each item, ensuring that genuine pieces could be easily distinguished from counterfeit ones. By integrating these RFID tags, Titan Industries could effectively verify the authenticity of their products, significantly reducing the risk of fraud and enhancing inventory security. This innovative approach, developed within their R&D division and moving toward market readiness, offers a reliable, discreet, and efficient way to maintain the integrity of their valuable jewellery collections.

Outcome

The system went live on schedule and is in active use today. As with every Kirshi Technologies engagement, delivery was sprint-based with measurable milestones at each stage, and Titan Industries retained full intellectual property ownership of all custom code from day one.
