The challenge

Topperz, an educational platform, faced challenges in facilitating seamless interactions between teachers, parents, and students. The existing system was fragmented and inefficient, making it difficult to manage and communicate homework details, fees, attendance, curriculum updates, and course information effectively. This lack of integration and real-time communication led to misunderstandings, delays in information sharing, and overall dissatisfaction among users, impacting the educational experience and administrative efficiency.

What we built

Kirshi developed an integrated platform for Topperz that streamlined communication and management processes between teachers, parents, and students. The new system provided a centralised interface for accessing and updating homework details, fees, attendance records, curriculum updates, and course information. With real-time notifications and easy-to-use features, the platform enhanced transparency and ensured timely communication. This solution significantly improved the interaction and collaboration among all stakeholders, leading to better educational outcomes, increased satisfaction, and more efficient administrative management.

Outcome

The system went live on schedule and is in active use today. As with every Kirshi Technologies engagement, delivery was sprint-based with measurable milestones at each stage, and Topperz retained full intellectual property ownership of all custom code from day one.
